Overview of key technologies for complex structural design of Tencent(Beijing) Headquarters Building

摘要 结合腾讯(北京)总部大楼超长悬挑、立面开大洞、楼板不连续、竖向构件不连续、结构转换、空中钢连桥、大跨楼梯以及项目位于高烈度区等特点,采用钢筋混凝土核心筒-长悬臂巨型钢桁架-混凝土框架所组成的结构体系。考虑到结构体系特殊、体型复杂、严重超限以及工程的重要性,采用了性能化抗震设计方法,计算分析采用多个程序校核,计算结果按多个模型包络设计,提出了详细的设计措施。由于超长悬挑结构的特殊性,对悬挑部位的竖向地震作用、不同施工顺序带来的影响、舒适度、结构楼板、关键节点等进行了详尽的分析。应用BIM技术,优化了节点处钢筋与型钢连接以及钢筋之间的穿插关系。采用天然地基筏形厚板基础加抗浮小桩方案,有效控制基础各部分的沉降差异,满足了工程进度要求。 Combined with the characteristics of super-long cantilever, large hole in facade, discontinuous floor, discontinuity of vertical members, structural transformation, sky steel bridge, large-span stair and the high seismic intensity, the structural system of Tencent(Beijing) Headquarters Building adopts reinforced concrete corewall-large cantilever mega steel truss-concrete frame. Considering the special structural system, complex shape, serious out-of-code items and the importance of the project, the performance-based seismic design method was adopted. The calculation and analysis were checked by multiple programs. The calculation results were calculated according to multiple models and the enveloping method was adopted, and the detailed design measures were put forward. Due to the particularity of the super-long cantilever structure, detailed analysis was conducted on the vertical earthquake action of the cantilever part, the influence of different construction orders, comfortability, structural floor and key nodes. BIM technology was used to optimize the connection between reinforcing bar and section steel and interspersed relationship between reinforcing bars. The natural raft thick plate foundation and anti-floating small pile scheme were adopted to effectively control the settlement differences of all parts of the foundation, thus meeting the engineering progress requirements.
