城市居民雾霾认知与防治意愿研究——以保定市为例

Urban resident's haze-fog cognition and the willingness to control-Illustrated by the case of Baoding

雾霾的出现激发了人们关于环境社会问题的探讨,在社会上引起广泛影响。文中通过问卷调查的方式,从环境关心角度来测量保定市城市居民的雾霾认知与雾霾防治意愿。研究发现:城市居民对雾霾基本认知不清,有一定的雾霾成因认知与雾霾来源认知,雾霾危害认知较高;城市居民虽然有较好的大气环境态度与雾霾防护行为,但是对环境治理参与度较少;城市居民虽然对大气污染防治措施接受程度较好,但是对政府治理雾霾信心不足。文中提出政府应加大宣传力度,加强治理决心来解决雾霾问题,同时民众应提高雾霾认知水平,广泛参与到防治雾霾的行动中。

The emergence of haze-fog has stimulated people＇s discussion on environmental and social issues and has caused widespread impacts in the society. In this research,by means of questionnaire survey,from the perspective of environmental concern,haze-fog recognition and haze-fog prevention and control of urban residents in Baoding were measured. The findings are as follows： Urban residents do not have a basic understanding of fog haze-fog,but have a certain cognition of haze-fog origin and cognition of haze-fog source,and have a high cognition of haze-fog damage. Although urban residents have a better attitude of atmosphere environment and haze-fog protection,however,they have less participation in environmental governance. Although urban residents have a relatively good acceptance of air pollution prevention and control measures,they are not confident in government＇s governance of haze-fog. We point out that the government should step up publicity efforts and strengthen governance determination to solve the problem of haze-fog. At the same time,people should raise awareness of haze-fog and participate in the prevention and control of haze-fog.
