基于数据挖掘的脾相关疾病治疗效用及方药配伍规律研究

Research about Therapeutic Utility and Formula Compatibility Regularity of Splenic Related Disease Based on Data Mining

目的：探究从脾论治脾相关疾病的治疗效用及方药配伍规律。方法：以现代临床文献为线索,收集脾相关疾病中从脾论治的方药,根据方解,将效用与药物分类,分析效用及药物配伍特点。结果：①从脾论治的效用中,应用最多的效用为补气（288次）。②补气效用中,应用最多的药物为白术（160次）;健脾化湿效用中,应用最多的药物为茯苓（148次）;行脾胃气效用中,应用最多的药物为陈皮（80次）;补血效用中,应用最多的药物为当归（100次）;温脾胃效用中,应用最多的药物为附子（52次）。③关联规则结果以置信度阐述,升提中气与补气（100%）、补血与补气（96.88%）常同时应用。④在各类效用的相关方剂中,茯苓与白术（85.71%）、猪苓与茯苓（87.50%）、柴胡与香附（83.33%）、黄芪与当归（100%）、高良姜与附子（100%）等,常同时配伍应用。结论：①效用以补气为首;②白术、茯苓、陈皮、当归、附子分别为各类效用中的首选药物;③效用以气血同治,升补并用为特点;④茯苓与白术、猪苓与茯苓、柴胡与香附、黄芪与当归、高良姜与附子等,分别为各类效用中的常用药对。

Objective： To explore the therapeutic utility and formula compatibility regularity of spleen related disease on the treatment from spleen. Method：By the modern clinical literature, we collected Chinese medical formulae from spleen related disease on the treatment from spleen, classified herbs and analyzed compatible characteristics. Result：①The treatment from spleen：The most applied utility was tonifying Qi（288 times）. ②For tonifying Qi,the most widely-used herb was Baizhu（160 times）. As for invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness, the most widely-used herb was Fuling（148 times）. For promoting spleen and stomach Qi, the most widely-used herb was Chenpi（80 times）. For enriching the blood,the most widely-used herb was Danggui（100 times）. For warming spleen and stomach, the most widely-used herb was Fuzi（52 times）. ③Expositing association rule resulted by confidence coefficient, elevating the spleen-qi and tonifying qi（100%）, enriching the blood and tonifying Qi（96.88%） were often applicated at the same time. ④In the relevant formula to the different utilities,Fuling and Baizhu（85.71%）,Zhuling and Fuling（87.50%）,Chaihu and Xiangfu（83.33%）,Huangqi and Danggui（100%）,Gaoliangjiang and Fuzi（100%） and so on were often compatible applied at the same time. Conclusions： Headed by tonifying Qi in utility,the first choice herb of each utility is Baizhu, Fuling, Chenpi, Danggui and Fuzi, respectively. Treating Qi and blood at the same time, applying elevating and tonifying at the same time are the characteristic of utility. The herbal pair of each utility is Fuling and Baizhu,Zhuling and Fuling,Chaihu and Xiangfu,Huangqi and Danggui,Gaoliangjiang and Fuzi,and so on.
