中医辨证治疗对行介入疗法的急性心肌梗死患者心肌再灌注和心功能的改善作用

Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Myocardial Reperfusion and Cardiac Function in Patients with Myocardial Infarction Treated by Interventional Therapy

目的：观察中医治疗对行介入治疗的急性心肌梗死患者心肌再灌注和心功能的改善作用。方法：选取60例符合受试条件的患者,随机分为A组和B组,A、B两组都给予相应的PCI和西医治疗,此外A组患者在入院后给予相应的中医治疗;评价术后TIMI血流、左心室射血分数、不良事件及并发症的发生率。结果：A组患者的成功再灌注例数显著性高于B组;治疗后A组患者的射血分数显著性高于B组;A、B两组均未出现死亡、再次心肌梗死等不良心血管事件,但A组梗死后心绞痛患者的发生率低于B组;治疗后A、B两组患者均未出现血小板减少症、出血事件及其它并发症,两组患者的血小板计数无显著性差异。结论：中医治疗对行介入治疗的急性心肌梗死患者的心肌再灌注、心功能的改善及并发症的降低率都有一定的积极作用。

Objective：To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） therapy on myocardial reperfusion and cardiac function in patients with myocardial infarction treated by interventional therapy.Methods：Sixty patients were selected in the subjects and were randomly divided into group A and group B. A and B groups were both given the corresponding PCI and western medicine treatment. Additionly the A group were given the appropriate treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Then we evaluated TIMI blood flow, left ventricular ejection fraction, adverse events and the incidence of complications.Results：A group＇s successful reperfusion wassignificantly higher than that of B group. B group＇s ejection fraction was significantly higher than that in A group after treatment. A and B groups had no death, recurrence of myocardial infarction or other adverse cardiovascular events. But the A group＇s myocardial infarction in patients with angina pectoris were lower than those of group B after treatment. A and B groups had no thrombocytopenia, bleeding or other complications. There was no significant difference between the two groups＇ platelet count.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine therapy has a positive effect on myocardial reperfusion, cardiac function and the reduction of complications in patients with myocardial infarction treated with interventional therapy.
