龙胆泻肝胶囊联合氦氖激光治疗带状疱疹临床疗效及对外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、PGE2和细胞因子的影响

Effect of Longdan Xiegan Capsule Combined with He-Ne Laser in Treatment of Patients with Herpes Zoster and Its Influence on Peripheral Blood of T Cell and PGE2 Subsets and Cytokines

目的：探讨龙胆泻肝胶囊联合氦氖激光治疗带状疱疹患者临床疗效观察及对外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、PGE2和细胞因子的影响。方法：带状疱疹患者106例,按照随机表法分为观察组与对照组,各53例。对照组采用氦氖激光治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合龙胆泻肝胶囊治疗。两组疗程均为2周。比较两组治疗疗效、水疱结痂时间、水疱消退时间及疼痛缓解时间,治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、PGE2和细胞因子变化。结果：观察组治疗总有效率（96.23%）高于对照组（80.39%）（P〈0.05）。观察组水疱结痂时间、水疱消退时间及疼痛缓解时间快于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后CD＋3、CD＋4和CD＋4/CD＋8增加（观察组：t=16.844 6、13.821 9、12.127 9,对照组：t=7.687 0、7.060 6、6.814 6,P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后CD＋3、CD＋4和CD＋4/CD＋8高于对照组（t=6.697 0、7.806 6、6.263 0,P〈0.05）。对照组治疗后血清PGE2水平无明显变化（t=1.219 0,P〉0.05）;观察组治疗后血清PGE2水平降低（t=22.359 9,P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后血清PGE2水平低于对照组（t=20.491 3,P〈0.05）。对照组治疗后血清IL-2、IL-6和TNF-α水平无明显变化（t=0.879 9、1.158 1、0.448 2,P〉0.05）;观察组治疗后血清IL-2水平上升,而IL-6和TNF-α水平降低（t=22.844 0、13.773 5、15.899 0,P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后血清IL-2水平高于对照组,而L-6和TNF-α水平低于对照组（t=19.537 2、14.941 7、13.448 0,P〈0.05）。结论：龙胆泻肝胶囊联合氦氖激光治疗带状疱疹患者临床疗效显著,可改善患者外周T淋巴细胞亚群,降低血清PGE2水平,减轻炎症反应,具有重要研究价值。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Longdan Xiegan Capsule combined with He-Ne laser in the treatment of patients with herpes zoster and peripheral blood of T cell and PGE2 subsets and cytokines.Methods：A tota of 106 patients with herpes zoster treated were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each 53 cases. The control group used He-Ne laser treatment and the observation group combined Longdan Xiegan Capsule. The two groups were treated for 2 weeks. The therapeutic effects, the time of blister and scab, the time of reduction and the time of pain relief were compared between the two groups. The changes of T lymphocyte subsets, PGE2 and cytokines in peripheral blood before and after treatment were observed.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group（96.23%） was higher than that of the control group（80.39%）（P〈0.05）. The time of blister and scab, the time of reduction and the time of pain relief in the observation group were faster than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The two groups＇ CD＋3, CD＋4 and CD＋4/CD＋8 after treatment increased（observation group： t=16.844 6, 13.821 9, 12.127 9, the control group：t=7.687 0, 7.060 6, 6.814 6, P〈0.05）. The observation group＇s CD＋3, CD＋4 and CD＋4/CD＋8 after treatment were higher than those of the control group（t=6.697 0, 7.806 6, 6.263 0, P〈0.05）. There was no significant changes in serum PGE2 level in the control group after treatment（t=1.219 0, P〈0.05）. The level of serum PGE2 decreased after treatment in observation group（t=22.359 9, P〈0.05）. The serum PGE2 levels after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（t=20.491 3, P〈0.05）. The control group＇s serum IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α levels had no obvious change after treatment（t=0.879 9, 1.158 1, 0.448 2, P〈0.05）. The serum IL-2 level increased after treatment in the observation group, while the IL-6 and TNF-α levels decreased（t=22.844 0, 13.773 5, 15.899 0, P〈0.05）. The serum IL-2 levels after treatment in the observation group were lower than that of the control group. L-6 and TNF-α levels were lower than those of the control group（t=19.537 2, 14.941 7, 13.448 0, P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Longdan Xiegan Capsule combined with He-Ne laser in the treatment of patients with herpes zoster can improve peripheral T lymphocyte subsets, reduce serum PGE2 levels and inflammation, and has the important research value.
