中药补肾调经配合毫针、穴位埋线治疗围绝经期综合征的临床研究

Bushen Tiaojing Formula Combined with Acupuncture and Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy in Treatment of Perimenopausal Syndrome

目的：研讨中药补肾调经配合毫针、穴位埋线治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法：围绝经期综合征患者115例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者根据中药辨证分型进行对症治疗,观察组患者在中药辨证分型对症治疗基础上配合毫针、穴位埋线进行治疗。观察两组患者主要症状消失时间和治疗前后症状积分、生活质量评分、血清雌激素水平、五羟色胺（5-HT）及β-内啡肽（β-EP）水平水平变化情况。结果：观察组患者治疗后烦躁易怒、头晕乏力、潮热汗出、阴道干燥及泌尿感染等主要症状消失时间短于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗后烦躁易怒、头晕乏力、潮热汗出、阴道干燥及泌尿感染积分水平均较治疗前下降,观察组患者治疗后各主要症状积分低于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗后E_2水平较治疗前上升,FSH和LH水平较治疗前下降（P〈0.05）。观察组患者治疗后E_2水平高于对照组,FSH和LH水平低于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗后5-HT和β-EP水平较治疗前上升,观察组患者治疗后5-HT和β-EP水平高于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗后生活质量评分较治疗前改善,观察组患者治疗后生活质量评分优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：中药补肾调经配合毫针、穴位埋线治疗围绝经期综合征疗效显著,可改善血清雌激素、5-HT和β-EP水平,提高生存质量。

Objective：To study the effect of Bushen Tiaojing Formula combined with acupuncture and acupoint catgut embedding therapy for treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Methods：115 cases of peri-menopausal syndrome patients, according to the different treatment methods were divided into observation group and control group. The control group patients used TCM symptomatic treatment and the observation group patients on the basis of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine were treated with acupuncture and acupoint catgut embedding therapy. We observed the main symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment,the disappearance time and treatment symptom score, quality of life score, serum estrogen level, five hydroxytryptamine（5-HT） and beta endorphin（β-EP） changes.Results：For patients in the observation group after treatment, irritability, dizziness, hectic fever and sweating, the main symptoms of vaginal dryness and urinary infection disappeared time were shorter than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, two groups＇ irritability, dizziness, hectic fever and sweating, vaginal dryness and urinary infection score level were lower than that before treatment. The observation group＇s major symptom score was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The level of E_2 in the two groups was higher than that before treatment, and the levels of FSH and LH were lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）. The observation group＇s E_2 after treatment was higher than that of the control group. FSH and LH levels were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Two groups＇ 5-HT and β-EP levels after treatment were increased compared with those before treatment. The observation group＇s 5-HT and β-EP levels after treatment were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The quality of life scores of the two groups were improved and the quality of life scores in the observation group after treatment were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Bushen Tiaojing Formula cobmined with acupuncture and acupoint catgut embedding therapy for perimenopausal syndrome has significant curative effect, and can improve the serum estrogen, 5-HT and β-EP levels and improve the quality of life.
