2017年汶川县重点人群碘缺乏病监测结果分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的掌握2017年碘盐浓度调整后汶川县重点人群碘缺乏病现状以及碘营养状况,为政府制定碘缺乏病防控策略提供参考依据。方法采用多阶段抽样法,于2017-04/07分别采集8~10岁儿童和孕妇尿样、甲状腺容积、检测家中食用盐盐碘。结果 2017年汶川县实际监测盐样316份,碘盐覆盖率为99%,碘盐合格率为97. 76%,合格碘盐食用率为96. 84%,盐碘中位数为31. 02 mg/kg。8~10岁儿童甲状腺肿大率为0. 93%,216份儿童尿样尿碘中位数为128. 35μg/L,其中尿碘低于50μg/L占比7. 41%。孕妇100份尿样尿碘中位数为142. 6μg/L。结论汶川县食用盐碘含量标准调整后8~10岁儿童总体碘营养总体处于适宜水平,但孕妇碘营养为碘缺乏状态,需继续加强防控,尽快查明原因并跟进对策,避免孕妇等重点人群碘摄入不足。 Objective To understand the current situation of iodine deficiency disorders and iodine nutritional status of key population in Wenchuan county after the adjustment of iodized salt concentration in 2012, so as to provide reference for the government to formulate the prevention and control strategy of iodine deficiency diseases. Methods A multistage sampling method was used to collect urine samples, thyroid volume and salt iodine were detected among children aged 8 -10 years and pregnant women respectively during April to July 2017. Results In 2017, about 316 salt samples were actually monitored in Wenchuan county, the coverage rate of iodized salt was 99% , the qualified rate of iodized salt was 97.76% , the edible rate of qualified iodized salt was 96. 84%, and the median number of salt iodine was 31.02 mg/kg. The thyroid gland enlargement rate of children aged 8 - 10 years old was 0.93%, and the median amount of urine iodine in 216 children was 128.35 μg/L, the proportion of urine iodine 〈 50 μg/L was 7.41%. The median number of urine iodine of 100 pregnant women was 142.6 μg/L. Conclusion The total iodine nutrition of children aged 8 to 10 years old in Wenchuan county was generally at an appropriate level after the adjustment of the standard of dietary salt and iodine content. But among pregnant women, IDD was existed, we should be strengthen prevention and control to find out the caused reason and deal with it, in order to prevent IDD among key population such as pregnant women.
