摘要
由于cuAl2第二相的析出,A1-Cu系铝合金的阳极氧化处理一直是个难题,而固溶处理可消除材料内部第二相。采用不同温度对2A12铝合金进行固溶时效处理,之后在其表面制备阳极氧化膜,通过EDS谱、SEM形貌、显微硬度计、Tafel极化曲线与摩擦磨损试验分析了硬质阳极氧化膜的成分、微观形貌、硬度、耐蚀性与耐磨性,研究了不同固溶温度对2A12铝合金硬质阳极氧化膜膜层厚度、硬度、耐蚀性及耐磨性等性能的影响。结果表明:2A12铝合金经400℃固溶后。制备的氧化膜的硬度、耐蚀性及耐磨性得到了显著的提高,与未经过固溶时效处理的试样相比,氧化膜硬度提高了101.83HV0.5n,膜厚增加了35.11μm,自腐蚀电位提高了0.1398V,自腐蚀电流密度降低了0.5501μA/cm2,摩擦系数减少了0.574,磨损量降低了0.5901mg。
2A12 aluminum alloy was handled by solid solution treatment at various temperature and post-aging treatment. Subsequently, the anodizing oxide film was prepared on the surface of A1 alloy, and the composition, micromorphology, hardness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the hard anodizing oxidation film were characterized by EDS spectroscopy, SEM, microhardness tester, Tale1 polarization curve, friction and wear tests. Furthermore, the effect of different solution temperature on the film thickness, hardness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of 2A12 aluminum alloy hard anodized film was studied. Results showed that the hardness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the oxide film were significantly improved at the solution temperature of 400 ~C. In the comparison of the sample that had not been subjected to the solution and aging treatment, the oxide film had increased hardness by 101.83 HV0.5 N, increased thickness by 35.11 μm, increased corrosion potential by 0.139 8 V, decreased self-corrosion current density by 0.550 1 μA/cm2, decreased friction coefficient by 0.574, and decreased wear amount by 0.590 1 mg.
