改性纳米氧化锌水性环氧涂层的制备及其性能 被引量:3

摘要 为了进一步探讨改性纳米氧化锌对水性环氧涂层性能的影响。将KH550改性纳米氧化锌均匀地分散在水性环氧乳液中,加入水性环氧固化剂,制备了一种水性环氧涂层。采用红外光谱、力学、电化学、中性盐雾、扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜等测试方法,研究了不同改性纳米氧化锌含量时水性环氧涂层的力学性能、耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:改性纳米氧化锌水性环氧涂层的性能有提高,当其质量分数为0.3%时,该涂层具有良好的力学性能和耐蚀性能。 In this work, nano-ZnO modified with KH550A was uniformly added into the waterborne epoxy emulsion and then the waterborne epoxy curing agent was added to prepare a kind of composite waterborne epoxy coatings. The mechanical property and corrosion resistance of the nano composite waterborne epoxy coatings with different addition amounts of nano-ZnO were studied by IR, mechanics, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) , neutral salt spray, SEM, AFM and so on. Results showed that nano-ZnO with modification by KH550 had good compatibility with coatings and the coating' s property was improved. When the amount of nano-ZnO was 0.3%, the coating had good mechanical property and corrosion resistance.
