摘要
随着国家对环保、公共安全的管理越来越严格,越来越多的大型储罐和埋地管道实施了阴极保护以防止安全事故和环境灾难的发生。2011年对10000m。航油储罐底板外壁进行了外加电流阴极保护系统的设计、安装、调试和维护,为了验证外加电流阴极保护系统的合理性、有效性和时效性,分别于2012年、2014年和2017年对该阴极保护系统进行了检测分析。结果表明:以MMO/Ti柔性阳极为辅助阳极的外加电流阴极保护系统对储罐起到了有效的保护作用,预测该阴极保护系统的服役寿命不小于40a。
With the state' s management of environmental protection and public safety becoming more and more stringent, more and more storage tanks and buried pipelines have implemented cathodic protection to prevent accidents and environmental disasters. In 2011, a cathodic protection system for the external side of bottom plate of an aviation fuel storage tank with volume of 10 000 m3 was designed, installed, tested and maintained. To check the rationality, validity and timeliness, the cathodic protection system was detected and analyzed after one year in 2012, three years in 2014 and six years in 2017, separately. Results showed that the cathodic protection system with MMO/Ti flexible anode as the auxiliary anode could effectively protect the storage tank. Furthermore, the service life of the cathodic protection system was predicted to be not less than 40 years.
