混凝土外观美化防腐蚀材料在跨海桥梁工程中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 针对某跨海桥梁工程耐久性和外观质量要求,通过采用兼具外观美化和防腐蚀功能的改性有机硅类材料,有效解决了桥梁节段梁的色差问题,同时增强了结构对外部侵蚀介质的抵抗能力,提高了混凝土结构的耐久性,满足了跨海桥梁工程的百年设计使用年限和良好外观质量要求。 Considering the requirements of the structure durability and appearance quality, a modified organic silicone material system for the concrete appearance beautification and anti- corrosion was applied to a cross-sea bridge engineering. Results showed that the color difference problem was solved, and the resistance of structures to external corrosive media was enhanced as well as the durability of concrete structure was improved. Therefore, the requirement of the cross-sea bridge for good appearance quality requirement and 100 years' service life was met.
