摘要
随着数字化技术在正颌外科领域的不断发展,术前虚拟手术设计在模拟预测手术效果、提高手术精度中发挥愈来愈重要的作用。上颌骨对面中1/3骨性结构起支撑作用,直接影响术后患者外貌美学。数字化牙合板、数字化截骨/定位导板、3D打印个性化钛板、导航技术等不断运用于正颌外科领域中,为正颌外科手术中上颌骨定位方法提供更多新思路。该文就正颌手术中辅助上颌骨精确定位技术的进展、应用进行综述,旨在为临床实际应用提供更加丰富的参考。
Successful orthognathic surgery implies the achievement of the facial harmonization and correct occlusal relationship. The precise reposition of maxilla is essential to obtain the desired stability and accuracy. The virtual surgical planning has been successfully transferred to actual surgery with the help of three-dimensional(3D) surgical planning technologies,which include digital wafer,digital osteotomy/reposition guide,3D individual titanium plate,navigation,etc. The aim of this article is to present the development and application of maxillary precise reposition techniques and provide reference for clinical practice.
