碳和碳基复合材料的制备及其在超级电容器中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 超级电容器是一种介于传统电容器和二次电池之间的新型储能装置,具有功率密度高、循环寿命长、充放电速度快等优点,已广泛应用于通讯设备、混合动力汽车、航空航天等诸多领域。电极材料是决定超级电容器性能的主要因素,对电极材料的研究一直是该领域的研究热点。碳基电极材料因其原料丰富、价格低廉且性能优异等特点在超级电容器中具有很好的应用前景。因此,本文总结了近年来碳和碳基复合材料的研究进展及其在超级电容器中的应用。 Supercapacitor is a new type of energy storage device between a conventional cap secondary battery due to high power density, long cycle life and fast charging/discharging rat acitor and a e. Superca- pacitors have been widely used in communication devices, hybrid vehicles, aerospace and many other fields. Electrode material is an important factor that determines the electrochemical performance of super- capacitors, which has been explored extensively recently. Carbon-based electrode materials have great application prospects in supercapacitors because of their high yield, low cost and good electrochemical performances. Hence, this review introduces the preparation of carbon and carbon-based composites and their applications for supercapacitors recently.
