淘宝村的演变历程与空间优化策略研究--以广州市里仁洞村为例

A STUDY ON THE SPATIAL EVOLUTION AND OPTIMIZATION OF TAOBAO VILLAGES: A CASE STUDY OF LIRENDONG VILLAGE IN GUANGZHOU

淘宝村作为中国信息化快速发展阶段的重要产物,不仅是"电子商务+传统空间"的新业态,也是城乡统筹发展的重要节点。以广州里仁洞村为例,通过实地调研,梳理"淘宝村"的演变历程、产业发展现状及存在问题,结合村民、电商等多元主体的利益诉求,进一步解析村庄空间矛盾并提出有针对性的优化建议。研究表明:里仁洞淘宝村传统的村落空间形态已被重新塑造,电子商务发展进入瓶颈阶段,其主要阻碍包括土地存量不足、电商人才缺乏、同质化竞争激烈、空间紧凑且生活质量较低、道路和仓储空间不足等。据此,本文从品牌、产业配套、交通系统、生产与生活空间等方面提出空间优化策略,以期增强其竞争力与可持续性。

Taobao village, as an important product of the rapid development of China＇s information technology, is not only a new format characterized by ＂e-commerce ＋ traditional space＂, but also an important node for the integrated urban and rural development. Taking Lirendong Village in Guangzhou as an example, through field investigation and other survey methods, this paper summarizes the spatial evolution process of Taobao villages, the present situation of industrial development, and the existing problems. Considering the interest appeal of villagers and e-commerce practitioners, the paper further analyzes the village space contradictions and puts forward targeted optimization suggestions. The study shows that the traditional village spatial form has been re-shaped, and the development of e-commerce has entered the bottleneck stage. The main obstacles include the amount of available land, lack of e-commerce personnel, intensified homogeneous competition, compact space and low quality of life, lack of roads and storage space, etc. Accordingly, the paper puts forward the strategy of spatial optimization from the aspects of brand, supporting industry, transportation system, and production and living space, so as to improve the competitiveness and sustainability of Lirendong Village.
