摘要 增材制造技术是一种采用材料逐层累积的方法制造实体的工艺,具有成型速度快、数字化智能化程度高和结构复杂等特点。随着高能束技术、软件技术、材料科学和机械自动化等的发展,增材制造将在航空航天、生物医疗和模具制造等领域得到广泛应用。本文介绍了金属增材制造的主要分类、工作原理和国内外发展现状,归纳了该技术面临的主要问题,并对其发展前景进行展望。 Additive manufacturing technology is a process of manufacturing entities by means of layer by layer accumulation of materials, which has the characteristics of fast forming speed, high degree of digitalization, intelligence and complicated structure, etc. With the development of high-energy beam technology, software technology, material science and mechanical automation, additive manufacturing will be widely used in aerospace, biomedical and mold manufacturing fields.The classifications of metal additive manufacturing, working principle and development situation at home and abroad were introduced, the main challenges of the technology were summarized,and the prospect of its development was prospected.
