轧制工艺参数对稀土镁合金组织和性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过OM、XRD、室温拉伸试验研究了轧制工艺参数对AE42稀土镁合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:铸态AE42合金的组织为白色的α-Mg和形貌为颗粒状、针状、块状、短棒状的黑色稀土相Al11RE3、Al2RE(RE:Ce、La),其室温抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为117.5 MPa、53.0 MPa和10.7%。AE42镁合金适宜的轧制工艺参数为:轧制变形量75%、轧制8道次、轧制温度450℃。此工艺参数下轧制的AE42镁合金抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为236.2MPa、140.1 MPa和16.0%,分别比铸态提高了101.0%、164.3%和49.5%。 The effects of rolling process parameters on the microstructure and properties of AE42 rare earth magnesium alloy were studied by means of OM, XRD and room temperature tensile test. The results show that the microstructure of the as-cast AE42 alloy is white α-Mg and black rare earth phase Al11 RE3 and Al2 RE(RE:Ce,La) with granular, acicular, block,short rod-like morphologies, and the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation at room temperature are 117.5 MPa, 53.0 MPa and 10.7%, respectively. The suitable rolling process parameters of AE42 magnesium alloy are rolling deformation of75%, rolling passes of 8, and rolling temperature of 450℃. Under the technological parameters, the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of rolled AE42 magnesium alloy are 236.2 MPa, 140.1 MPa and 16%, respectively. Compared with those of as-cast, they increase by 101.0%, 164.3% and 49.5%, respectively.
