摘要
铁路机车大型连杆模锻件在试制过程中大头颈部发现严重锻造折叠,经过流线试验、锻造中间过程验证、锻造理论的分析,找出了折叠产生的原因是:由于自由锻制坯时体积分配不合理,截面形状存在问题,导致终锻时金属流动出现汇流而产生折叠。本文分析方法对解决类似锻造缺陷有一定的借鉴作用。
In the process of trial production of large connecting rod die forgings of railway locomotives, the severe forging folding defect was found at the neck of big head. Through the tracing of the flow line test, the verification during the forging process and the analysis of the forging theory, it is found that the reason for the folding is that the volume distribution is not reasonable and the section shape is defective during the free forging making blank, which results in the confluence of metal flow during final forging and folding formation. The analytical method in this paper can be used for reference in solving similar forging defects.
