摘要
18CrNi4A钢锻件的冲击韧性低。对其进行了一系列的工艺试验,确定了合适的预备热处理工艺参数。采用改进后的热处理工艺,在保证锻件强度满足要求的前提下,达到了有效提高主动齿轮轴冲击韧性的目的。
The impact toughness of 18CrNi4A steel forgings is low. A series of technological tests were carried out,and the suitable process parameters for preheating treatment were determined. By adopting the improved heat treatment technology, the impact toughness of the main gear shaft can be improved effectively on the premise that the strength of the forgings meets the requirements.
