摘要
早期教育质量评估遭遇封闭式质量的还原假设、规范标准的旁观表征、工具证据的技术依赖等困境。为了破解早期教育质量评估的迷局,《全球指导性评估量表》基于循证求真与价值向善的开发理念,明确质量整合、标准建构与评估转译的立场。它将评估作为基于证据优化早期教育质量的价值判断,显示出整合性、发展性、互动性、全纳性四个实施原则,具有创新评估理念和评估方式的启发意义。
On account of the quality reduction, criteria representation, and procedure application, assessment had not been matched by efforts to improve the quality of early childhood education. The Global Guidelines Assessment (GGA) is connected to the stance of quality integration, criteria transaction, and mediated incorporation, which is designed to promote educational quality by evaluative judgments based on evidence. It has four charac- teristics in the implement processes, respectively are integrative, sustainable, interactive, and inclusive.
