“选择退出”运动与美国公共教育改革——以“联合选择退出”组织为中心 被引量:2

"Opt Out" Movement and Public Education Reform in U.S——Centered on the "UOO" Organization

摘要 对于美国K-12阶段公共教育而言,20世纪80年代以来的标准化改革运动是影响最为深远的事件。尽管联邦和各州通过一步步的政策制定推进改革的进程,但是随之而来的批判声也从未停歇。在这其中,以反抗标准化测试为手段,进而保卫公共教育体系的"选择退出"运动极具代表性。正是在这场轰轰烈烈的运动影响之下,近三十年美国公共教育标准化改革的总趋势在一定程度上发生了转向。 In terms of K-12 public education in U.S, standard-based reform since 1980's is the most obvious and impressing event. Even though the reform processed with the improvement by the government, the massive critiques never stopped. "Opt Out" move- ment is significant, resisting standardized tests, and protecting public education system. Un- der the impact of the movement, the trend of the standard-based reform of public education in U.S is changing to some extent.
