摘要
肺癌是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率和死亡率都非常高。高通量二代测序技术的发展推动了肺癌分子生物学的研究。近年来针对肺癌的基因组及转录组变异特征的研究取得了很大的进步,然而尚缺乏对肺癌发生发展过程的多组学分子机制的研究。本文通过对近年来肺癌分子生物学研究成果进行综述,希望为今后的研究提供方向和依据。
Lung cancer is one of the most common carcinomas in the world, with high morbidity and mortality. The development of next-generation sequencing has prompted the molecular biology of lung cancer. In recent years, great progress has been made in the research of the characteristics of genome and transcriptome variations of lung cancer. However, there is still a lack of research on the molecular mechanisms of the origin and development of lung cancer. In this review, we summarize the new findings of molecular characteristics in lung cancer and aim to provide the direction and basis for future research.
