基于技术进化树辅助的TRIZ解领域化方法研究 被引量:6

Research on Transferring Process from TRIZ Solution to Specific Solution Based on Technical Evolution Tree

摘要 针对TRIZ理论中矛盾问题的TRIZ解领域化问题,分析了现有的TRIZ解转化方法的工作原理。提出以技术进化树辅助TRIZ原理解领域化。以ENV模型为基础,建立了技术进化树对矛盾TRIZ解领域化引导关系模型,并阐述了技术进化树能够用以支持TRIZ解领域化过程的原理。总结技术进化树中技术进化路线的主要作用,用以支持技术目标与进化路线的关联。建立了基于技术进化树辅助的TRIZ理论矛盾问题分析及求解流程。以实例说明流程中包括问题建模、进化树构建、技术目标关联、TRIZ解领域化的匹配等技术的应用方法,并验证所提出的方法正确和有效。 In order to offer technical help for TRIZ contradiction solving process that is difficult for the need of transferring process from TRIZ solution to specific solution,the existing methods for this process are analyzed. Then an idea of using technical evolution tree to guide this process emerges. Guiding by the idea,the relation model is created,in which the ENV model is used to reflect the corresponding relations between technical evolution tree and the process,and the guiding principle is shown. After that,we describe the working principle of using technical evolution tree to guide the process. Furthermore,the main function of evolution lines which are used to build evolution tree is summarized to support the relation establishing between evolution lines and technical needs. Based on the job mentioned above,the flowchart of TRIZ contradiction solving process with the aid of technical evolution tree is created. A case study is used to demo the process of the proposal approach,including the modeling of problem,the building of technical evolution tree,the relation building between technical needs and evolution lines and the matching between TRIZ principle and evolution lines,which shown the proposal approach is correct and valid.
