摘要
针对产品开发任务执行过程中资源分配不合理的问题,在基于权重法的任务关键度和任务执行小组综合能力量化分析的基础上,对任务和任务执行小组进行合理的初次分配和二次分配,实现了资源的最优分配,从而有效地缩短了整个任务的执行时间。最后通过示例分析,验证了该方法的有效性。
Aiming at the problem of unreasonable resource allocation in the task execution process of product development,the reasonable initial allocation and re-allocation for the task and the task execution group was executed on bases of the quantitative analysis of the task criticality and the comprehensive ability of the task execution group with weighted method. The optimal allocation of resources was achieved and thus the execution time of the entire task was effectively shortened. Finally,the validity of the method was verified through the example analysis.
