基于制鞋裁剪车间的数字可视化系统设计和实践

Design and Practice of the Digital Visualization System for the Shoe Cutting Workshop

为保证制鞋企业裁剪车间日常生产高效有序的进行，建立一套裁剪车间综合管理数字可视化系统，通过分析该系统的网络架构及主要功能，提出配套制度和标准规范，阐述生产操作人员、材料管理人员和设备运维人员、车间管理人员3类重点岗位对该系统的应用、注意事项及其在重点工序的岗位权限。指出：制鞋裁剪车间数字可视化系统的建立和应用，可实现裁剪车间生产的全面可视化、自动化和精益化，提高企业下裁环节的成本控制能力和生产效率。

In order to ensure the high efficiency and orderly daily production in the cutting work-shop of shoemaking enterprises, a digital visualization system for comprehensive management of cutting workshop is established.By analyzing the network structure and main functions of the system,the supporting systems and standards are put forward.The application,matters needing attention of the system in three key positions of production operators, material managers, e-quipment operation and maintenance personnel and workshop managers are expounded inclu-ding the position authorities of key processes.It is pointed out that the establishment and appli-cation of the digital visualization system in the shoemaking and cutting workshop can realize the overall visualized,automated and lean production in the shoemaking and cutting workshop, and improve the cost control and production efficiency of the enterprisers cutting process.
