摘要
以磁力耦合器为研究对象,提出一种在导磁体盘上开槽进而增加磁力耦合器最大起动转矩的方法,并针对本方法带来的齿槽转矩问题进行理论研究。基于虚位移法分析了齿槽转矩的解析式,找到影响齿槽转矩的关键因素,之后通过三维电磁场有限元分析软件模拟计算了每种优化方法的效果,研究结果证明了该方法可行。
Taking a magnetic coupling as the research object, this paper proposes a method of grooving on the magnet disk to increase the maximum starting torque of magnetic coupling, and theoretically studies the cogging torque caused by this method.The virtual displacement method is analyzed based on the analytic formula of cogging torque, we find the key factors affecting the cogging torque, and simulate each kind of optimization method of calculation results through three-dimensional finite element analysis software, the results prove that this method is feasible.
