摘要
为了解决煤巷破碎顶板支护不稳的问题,利用"锚固串群体"理论,对群体系统安全系数m,最小生成块体梁厚度[h],不同支护方案的生成梁厚度h等参数进行设计,并通过MATLAB软件进行优化计算,得出最优锚杆参数设计方案。结果表明:计算得出的"锚固串群体"结构方案经现场实践应力松动范围缩小,说明锚杆参数设计合理。
In order to solve the problem of unstable support of broken roof in coal roadway, based on the theory of"anchored cluster structure", we designed the safety coefficient m of the group system, the minimum thickness [h] of the generated block beam, the thickness h of the generated beam with different supporting schemes and other parameters. Through the optimization calculation of MATLAB software, we obtained the design scheme of the optimal bolt parameters. The calculated scheme of"anchored cluster structure"has been reduced in the field practice, which indicates that the parameters of the bolt are reasonable.
