摘要
以高炉煤气为燃料的双蓄热式加热技术,已广泛地应用于中小企业的轧钢加热炉。在推动加热炉的节能、减排,提升企业效益的同时,也由于其炉压不可控给加热炉的操作带来困扰;尤其,炉压大造成炉门冒火而严重影响了炉门及其配套设施的使用寿命。针对蓄热式加热炉的分段、分介质多通道排烟的特殊性,为了解决多个执行器(或排烟调节阀)均直接作用于炉膛压力而导致经常性的炉压失衡、难以控制,尤其是难于自动控制的问题,本文从两个维度分别解析出传递函数,并给出了相应的自动控制办法。
Double regenerative heating technology with blast furnace gas as fuel has been widely used in rolling reheating furnace of small and medium-sized enterprises. While promoting energy saving and emission reduction of heating furnace, it brings troubles to the operation of heating furnace because of uncontrollable furnace pressure; In particular, large furnace pressure caused the fire of the furnace door which seriously affected the service life of the furnace door and its supporting facilities. For the particularity of multi-channel smoke exhaust for different stages and different agents in regenerative reheating furnace, in order to solve the problem that many actuators (or smoke exhaust regulating valves) act directly on the furnace pressure and cause unbalance of furnace pressure and difficulty in its control, especially the automatic control, the transfer function is analyzed from two dimensions and corresponding automatic control methods are given in this paper.
