摘要
探讨了IRIS IntrepidⅠ原子发射光谱仪应用过程中影响分析结果准确性的因素,从仪器分析原理入手,主要研究了样品溶液的酸度、仪器工作时的光室温度、样品处理时避免容器和试剂玷污、测定时避免样品间的互相沾污、配制多元素标准溶液的注意事项、不同进样系统的选择、干扰效应的消除以及维护保养对分析结果的影响。
The factors affecting the accuracy of the IRIS Intrepid I atomic emission spectrometer in the application process were studied. The analytical principle of the instrument was described. The study focused on nine factors that influenced the analytical results, including acidity of sample solution, the room temperature of the instrument, avoiding contamination of containers and reagents during sample handling, avoiding mutual contamination by sample, considerations for the preparation of multi-element standard solutions, selection of different injection systems, elimination of interference effect and maintenance.
