实验室LIMS中质量控制与管理信息化模块的构建及设计需求

The Construction and Design Demands of Information Modes of Quality Control and Management in LIMS

目的为了满足实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)设计的全面性,提出构建LIMS中质量控制与管理信息化模块,以期为我中心新的LIMS项目开发提供依据。方法基于目前正在使用的和新招购的商品LIMS的局限性,以提高质量控制与管理效率为出发点,借助郑州市智慧公卫项目开发契机,在新招购的商品LIMS基础框架上,提出增加并构建质量控制与管理信息化模块的理念和设计需求。结果根据日常实际工作内容和流程,提出了信息知识库、质量管理体系文件及资质认定范围及限制要求、仪器设备档案管理、实验室质量控制及监督管理、样品受理、报告审核与报告档案管理等6个信息化模块及设计需求。结论项目研发人员正在根据提出的需求,设计编写程序模块。新LIMS的运行将会扩大和完善实验室信息管理系统涵盖的内容和范围,大大提高实验室质量控制与管理的效能并推动实验室检验检测工作的发展。

Objective In order to meet the comprehensiveness of the design of the new laboratory information management system consisting of information modes of quality control and management, it is necessary for us to provide the design evidence and demand because of the shortages of the LIMS being used and the one having been purchased.Method Basing on the framework of the purchased LIMS and the opportunity of the Zhengzhou Intelligence Public Health Information System platform, we gave out the construction and design demands of information modes of laboratory quality control and management from several key aspects. Result According to the procedure of the work reality, we put forward six modes of design demands including information knowledge bases, quality management system documents and range of qualification, application management and archives management of laboratory instruments,laboratory quality control and supervision management, sample acceptance, report reviewing and report file, etc.Conclusion The new LIMS was being refined by researcher developers according to the demands we provided. The content and range of the LIMS would be expanded and improved, and it would help the laboratory administrators enhance the administration efficiencies and quality.
