核酸集中化检测试点工作对区域性血液集中化检测的启示

目的通过对核酸集中化检测标本的结果及过程的研究,总结关于区域性血液集中化的检测的启示。方法回顾性分析2015年11月至2016年12月我中心承担的7家地市血站及我中心核酸检测样本共计47万份。通过对标本运输时间、检测时间、标本量、标本外观合格率以及拆分阳性率等多因素分析,归纳集中化检测中出现的问题,得出河南省区域性血液集中化检测的一些启示。结果 47万份核酸标本运送时间均小于4 h、检测时间在10 h内(由于检测设备和人员不足,检测报告在48 h内发出)、标本外观合格率99.96%、共计检出356例核酸阳性标本,拆分阳性率为0.076%。结论集中化检测可以有效利用人员和设备资源,统一操作规程和检测标准,更有利于检测数据的统计分析,降低了河南地区感染性输血风险。河南省具有优越的地理优势和丰富的区域性集中化检测经验,但是前期工作量和人员设备明显不匹配,这对我们以后的区域性集中化检测有一些启示。

Objective Through the study of the results and process in the NAT centralized test, some revelations were summarized to guide the regional blood centralized test.Methods From Nov 2015 to Dec 2016, 470 thousand nucleic acid samples which were collected by our center and other 7 blood stations were analyzed by our blood center. Through analyzing the time of samples transportation, the detection time, specimen quality, the positive rate of resolution, et al,the problems were summarized in the NAT centralized test, which can give some revelations to the regional blood centralized test. Results All nucleic acid samples were transported less than 4 hours and detected within 10 hours（because of the lack of staff and equipments, the reports were sent within 48 hours.）, the qualified rate of samples appearance was 99.96 %, the positive rate of resolution was 0.076 %.Conclusions Centralized test can make use of staff and equipments effectively, and unify procedures and test standards, which is beneficial to our statistics and reduce the blood transfusion transmitted. Henan province has advantages on geography, and then we have accumulated some experiences from the nucleic acid centralized test. Our staff and equipment can＇t meet a lot of work. However, it can give some revelations to the regional blood centralized test.
