Analysis of pathogen detection results of food borne diseases in a district of Tianjin city in 2017

摘要 目的分析2017年天津市环城某区食源性疾病病原流行特征,为制定食源性疾病防控措施提供科学依据;方法对2017年辖区内病原检测哨点医院的食源性疾病病例的粪便或肛拭标本检测结果进行汇总和统计分析;结果 2017年该区共报告食源性疾病病例442例,对符合腹泻病例定义的285份粪便标本进行沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌、副溶血型弧菌、阪崎肠杆菌等致病菌检测。共检出致病菌17株,总检出率为5.96%,其中沙门氏菌9株,副溶血型弧菌6株,志贺氏菌2株,检出率分别为3.16%、2.11%和0.70%。对169份儿童粪便进行诺如病毒检测,共检出诺如病毒48份,总检出率28.40%。诺如病毒检出率显著高于致病菌。5岁以下年龄组病原体检出率28.49%,高于其它年龄组。本区县病原检出率最高,为33.33%。第二、三季度致病菌检出率较高,第一、四季度诺如病毒检出率较高。结论该区病原检出率有所提升,应重点做好5岁以下人群及高发季节食源性疾病防控工作,加大培训和宣传力度,提高居民防病意识。 Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of food-borne diseases in a district around the city of Tianjin in 2017 and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control measures of foodborne diseases.Methods To assess the prevalence of foodborne diseases in sentinel hospitals. Result In 2017, a total of 442 cases of food borne diseases were reported in this area, and 285 stool samples complying with the definition of diarrhea were subjected to Salmonella, Shigella, Vibrio hemolyticus, Enterobacter sakazakii pathogens such as detection. A total of 17 pathogenic bacteria were detected, the total detection rate was 5.96 %, of which 9 were Salmonella, 6 were Vibrio parahaemolyticus and 2 were Shigella. The detection rates were 3.16 %, 2.11 % and 0.70 %.Norovirus was detected in 169 children's faeces. A total of 48 norovirus cases were detected, with a total detection rate of 28.40 %. Norovirus detection rate was significantly higher than that of pathogens. The detection rate of pathogens in children under 5 years of age was 28.49 %, higher than other age groups. The highest detection rate of pathogen in this area is 33.33 %. The second and third quarters of the higher detection rate of pathogens, the first and fourth quarters of Norovirus detection rate is higher. Conclusion The detection rate of pathogen in this area has been raised. We should focus on prevention and control of people under 5 years of age and food-borne diseases in high season, increase training and publicity, and raise resident awareness of disease prevention.
