重叠网格隐式挖洞方法的改进与应用 被引量:3

摘要 隐式挖洞是一种基于对网格单元质量进行选择的方法,其自动化程度较高,插值区域网格匹配性好.针对原始的隐式挖洞方法进行改进,选择物面距与网格体积的乘积作为网格单元质量判断标准,增加识别物面内网格单元与去除多余插值单元的步骤,通过建立网格块挖洞优先级矩阵以及基于模板跳跃法的搜索方法提高了贡献单元搜索效率.改进后的方法被应用于复杂飞行器构型的重叠网格生成,计算得到的压力等值线光滑,压力分布及气动力系数与实验值吻合良好,表明该方法能够有效处理复杂飞行器构型的网格生成问题. Implicit Hole Cutting(IHC)method is a selection process based on cell criterion.Compared with traditional hole cutting process,the IHC method needs less manual input and has better mesh suitability in interpolation region.The original IHC method is enhanced by choosing the product of cell volume and distance to wall as cell criterion.In order to increase the computational efficiency,the steps of identifying hole interior cells and removing redundant interpolation cells are added to the origin method.The donor cells searching algorithm is based on stencil jump method along with setting a matrix of hole cutting priority.The enhanced method is applied to the overset grids generation and flow field calculation of two test cases.The contour lines of pressures obtained in the interpolation regions are smooth and continues,the aerodynamic forces and pressure distributions are in good agreement with the experimental data.The results indicate that the enhanced IHC method is suitable for the grids generation of complex aircraft configuration.
