我国蛋鸡专业化育成发展的现状、困境及对策建议

Current Situation, Dilemma and Countermeasures of Cultivation Specialization of Layers in China

专业化育成的发展对加快我国蛋鸡产业的市场化和国际化进程,提高蛋鸡产业综合竞争力,深化"十三五"期间的蛋鸡养殖业供给侧结构性改革,具有重要的推动意义。文章利用国家蛋鸡产业技术体系产业经济研究室的实地调研数据,使用描述性统计重点介绍我国专业化育成发展的现状、面临的困境,并提出对策建议。研究表明:我国蛋鸡专业化育成的发展呈现区域性和不平衡性特征;我国蛋鸡专业化育成的发展面临着交易效率低下、交易费用偏高、专业化育成鸡的质量参差不齐等诸多困境。

The development of cultivation specialization is great significant in accelerating the laying hen industry＇s marketization and internationalization, improving the comprehensive competitiveness and deepening the structural reform of the supply side of laying hen breeding during the 13th Five-Year Plan. Based on the field survey data from the Industrial Economics Laboratory of National Layer Industry Technology System, this paper mainly introduces the current situation and dilemma of the development of cultivation specialization by using descriptive statistics and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. The results show that the specialization development of laying hens in China is characterized by regionalization and imbalance and faced with many dilemmas, such as low transaction efficiency, high transaction costs and uneven quality of breeding chickens.
