摘要
蛋鸡舍小气候环境是影响鸡体健康和生产性能的重要因素,科学的鸡舍设计方案可以保障鸡舍具有良好的环境条件。文章针对我国东北地区气候特点和蛋鸡舍建筑的设计需求,在鸡舍围护结构方面,利用节能环保的秸秆板制成夹心保温墙体,其传热系数是普通空心砖的0.5倍,耗热量为传统砖墙结构耗热量的0.55倍;在通风方面,利用两款风机联动协调工作,满足不同季节鸡体获得舒适的生产环境,较传统通风方式节省电量22%;在温湿度控制方面,利用喷雾与水帘相结合降温的方式,减少风机工作频次,在获得相同温湿度条件下,降低运行成本。通过结构优化、新材料选用和设备联合运行,实现节能型蛋鸡舍优化设计,并为相关家禽舍设计提供理论和技术参考。
The microclimate environment of laying hen house is an important factor affecting the health and production performance of hens and the scientific design scheme can guarantee the good environmental conditions of the laying hen house. In view of the climate characteristics of the Northeast China and the design requirements for the building of the laying hen house, the energy-saving and environmentally-friendly straw board is used to make the sandwich insulation wall as the enclosure structure, the heat transfer coefficient of sandwich wall is 0.5 times than the ordinary hollow brick, and its heat consumption is 0.55 times to the traditional one. In the field of ventilation, two types of fans are used to linkage and coordinate work to obtain the comfortable and clean production environment for hens in different seasons and 22% of the electric quantity is saved compared to the traditional ventilation mode. In the respect of temperature and humidity, comprehensive utilization of spray and water curtain cooling can reduce the working frequency of fans and decrease the running cost in the same temperature and humidity conditions. Through the structure optimization, selection of new materials and joint operation of the equipment, the optimization design of the energy saving laying hen house is realized, and provide the theoretical and technical reference for the design of the related poultry house.
