摘要
网络学习社区成为重要的知识生产、交流与传播渠道的同时,也带来了社区知识传播与接受服务组织问题。在本研究中构建网络学习社区用户的知识传播与接受一体化组织模式,基于用户的知识传播与接受需求分析,将社区用户的知识交流与资源组织相结合,在社区本体构建和知识描述基础上实现知识关联揭示,从而进行面向用户认知结构的社区知识融合组织,以优化社区资源组织模式,并基于网络学习社区用户的知识融合组织,进行社区一体化知识传播与接受服务架构。基于网络学习社区用户知识传播与接受一体化组织,揭示用户基于交互学习的知识传播与接受的特征与规律,从而优化社区资源及服务组织。
The e-learning community has become an important channel for knowledge production, communication and dissemination. At the same time, it has also brought about the problem of service organization of community knowledge dissemination and acceptance. In this study, an integrated organization model of knowledge dissemination and acceptance for users of e-learning communities is constructed. Based on the analysis of user demand on knowledge dissemination and acceptance, the community users' knowledge exchange and resource organization are combined, and the knowledge connection is revealed on the basis of community ontology construction and knowledge description. Thereby, a community knowledge fusion organization oriented to the user's cognitive structure is developed to optimize the community resource organization model. Based on the users' knowledge fusion organization of e-learning community, the service architecture of integrated knowledge dissemination and acceptance is constructed. Based on the integrated organization of knowledge dissemination and acceptance for users of e-learning communities, the authors have revealed the characteristics and rules of knowledge dissemination and acceptance based on users' interactive learning, thus optimizing community resources and service organization.
