摘要
大数据范式下,用户是图书馆大数据知识服务系统发展的原始动力。图书馆可以积极地运用大数据的收集、感知、分析、决策与预测功能,将大数据思维运用到图书馆知识服务建设中,基于情境对图书馆用户需求进行动态感知,以保证用户获得的大数据知识服务质量,并积极平衡大数据分析与用户隐私保护的关系,构建用户对大数据知识服务系统从行为到情感的依赖性结构框架。
Under the big data paradigm, users are the original driving force for the development of library big data knowledge service system. The library can actively use the collection, perception, analysis, decision-making and prediction of big data to apply big data thinking to the construction of library knowledge service. Based on the situation,the library users are dynamically perceived to ensure the quality of big data knowledge services obtained by users,and actively balance the relationship between big data analysis and user privacy protection,and build users' dependence on behavior from behavior to emotion in big data knowledge service system framework.
