高校图书馆是地方现代公共文化服务体系的组成部分。文章论述了高校图书馆在地方现代公共文化服务体系中的角色定位和功能定位,深入剖析了高校图书馆社会化服务遇到的问题和困境,并提出了相应的发展对策。
University library is an integral part of the local modern public cultural service system. The paper discusses the role and function of university library in local modern public cultural service system,analyzes the typical difficulties faced by the social service of the university library and puts forward the targeted development strategy.
