摘要
文章采用质性研究方法,选取10位科研用户,通过半结构化访谈并对访谈文本的深度分析得出科研用户选择个人知识管理工具的影响因素,并构建了影响因素模型。通过对访谈数据的分析发现,科研用户的个人知识管理工具采纳行为受到个体意向因素、科研工作因素、平台客观条件、平台功能及平台操作五个主范畴的共同影响,其下有12个子范畴分别是主观规范、隐私、工作流程、任务导向、多平台使用、平台的兼容性、操作智能化、操作简洁性、功能合并、功能定制、便捷功能及新功能。最后,结合构建的科研用户个人知识管理工具采纳影响因素模型,针对个人知识管理工具提出相关建议。
This paper explores the influencing factors of scientific users in choosing personal knowledge management tools and provides some theoretical guidance in order to improve the personal knowledge management tools. This paper collects data on the academic social activities of 10 scientific users,using the NVivo 11 qualitative analysis software to analyze the original data of the interview. The research summarizes the 12 subcategories that affect the behavior on choosing personal knowledge management tools of scientific users and focus on the data for the 5 main areas. On this basis,the influencing factors model of scientific user' s behavior on choosing personal knowledge management is built.
