Chapter 66: The Thinking and Practice of the Innovative Development Path of Functional Safety Standardization in China

我国目前正处在由技术引进到技术创新转变的关键时期,这一转变的实现在很大程度上也影响着我国经济全球化发展战略布局。本文结合对新标准法的理解,阐述了近二十年来我国功能安全技术和标准化发展实践,提出新一代信息技术引领下的各领域制造业转型升级大环境下我国功能安全技术标准创新发展的思考和建议。

At present, China is in a critical period from the introduction of technology to the transformation of technological innovation. To a large extent, the realization of this transformation also affects the strategic layout of China＇ s economic globalization development. Based on the understanding of the new Standardization Law, this paper expounds the development practice of functional safety technology and standardization in China in the past two decades, and puts forward some thoughts and Suggestions on the innovative development of functional safety technology standards in China under the background of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industries in various fields led by the new generation of information technology.
