摘要
作为ITS-1990国际温标量值传递的计量标准器具,标准铂电阻温度计的稳定与否是非常重要的。文章以测量范围为(0.01℃~419.527℃)的二等标准铂电阻温度计的为实验对象,通过大量的实验数据,分析变化规律,得出铂电阻温度计使用中周期变化趋势。结果表明,变化较大的为水三相点R_(tp),且R_(tp)变化较锌凝固点、锡凝固点的电阻与R_(tp)比值——W_(Zn)、W_(Sn)大得多。对比JJG 160-2007规程中规定的使用中的稳定性变化要求,提出问题。
As measurement standard instruments of quantity value transfer for ITS-1990, the stability of standard platinum resistance thermometer(SPRT) is very important. Based on measuring range(0.01℃~419.527℃) of the second SPRT as experiment object, the stability change regulation of SPRT are analyzed through a lot of experimental data. The result shows that, stability change of R_(tp) is biger than W_(Zn), W_(Sn).The result is compared with the stability requirements in use which specified in JJG 160-2007 regulations.
