腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿单侧腹股沟疝的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Laparoscopic High Ligation of Hernial Sac for the Treatment of Children with Unilateral Inguinal Hernia

目的探讨腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿单侧腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法 200例单侧腹股沟疝患儿按照手术方式的不同分为两组各100例。对照组采用开放性疝囊修补术治疗,研究组采用腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果研究组患儿的手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间均显著优于对照组(P <0.05);研究组患儿的并发症发生率为2.00%,显著低于对照组患儿的11.00%(P <0.05);研究组患儿的单侧腹股沟疝复发率为3.00%,显著低于对照组患儿的13.00%(P <0.05)。结论腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿单侧腹股沟疝的临床效果显著,可有效降低患儿并发症发生率和复发率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic high ligation of hernial sac for the treatment of children with unilateral inguinal hernia. Methods 200 cases of children with unilateral inguinal hernia were equally divided into two groups according to the surgical methods. The control group was treated with open hernia sac repair, while the study group was treated with laparoscopic high ligation of hernial sac. The clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood volume and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of complications of the study group was 2.00%, significantly lower than 11.00% of the control group （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of unilateral inguinal hernia of the study group was 3.00%, significantly lower than 13.00% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Laparoscopic high ligation of hernial sac for the treatment of children with unilateral inguinal hernia has significant clinical effect, which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
