美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者的临床疗效探讨

Discussion on the Clinical Curative Effect of Metoprolol Combined with Trimetazidine in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Heart Failure

目的探讨冠心病心力衰竭患者采用美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年6月到2018年2月间收治的100例冠心病心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组各50例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上应用曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的LVEF无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的LVEF均显著升高(P <0.05),且观察组的LVEF显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对于冠心病心力衰竭患者,采用曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔治疗的效果明显,能促进患者的心功能改善。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure. Methods 100 cases of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to February 2018 were selected as research objects, and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, while the observation group was treated with metoprolol combined with trimetazidine on the basis of routine treatment. The clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Before treatment, no statistical difference was found between the two groups in the LVEF （P 〉0.05）; After treatment, the observation group and the control group had significantly increased LVEF （both P 〈0.05）, and the LVEF of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure has significant efficacy, which can promote the improvement of cardiac function of patients.
