孟鲁司特联合布地奈德对老年支气管哮喘的治疗价值评价

Evaluation on the Value of Montelukast Combined with Budesonide in the Treatment of Senile Bronchial Asthma

目的探讨孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗老年支气管哮喘患者的效果。方法选择我院收治的老年支气管哮喘患者96例,随机分为两组各48例。对照组采用布地奈德治疗,研究组采用孟鲁司特与布地奈德联合治疗,比较两组的症状缓解时间、哮喘发作次数以及肺功能。结果治疗前,两组的用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气流量峰值(PEF)、第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗8周后,研究组的FVC、 PEF以及FEV1均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组的胸闷、咳嗽以及喘息症状缓解时间均显著短于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组的白天与夜间哮喘发作次数均显著少于对照组(P <0.05)。结论孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗老年支气管哮喘患者,可缩短症状缓解时间,改善肺功能,减少哮喘发作次数,利于患者的病情转归。

Objective To explore the effect of montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of elderly patients with bronchial asthma. Methods 96 cases of elderly patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital were divided into two groups, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with budesonide, while the study group was treated with montelukast combined with budesonide. The duration of symptom relief, frequency of asthma attack and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, no statistical difference was found between the two groups in the FVC, PEF or FEV1 （P〉0.05）; After 8 weeks of treatment, the FVC, PEF and FEV1 of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The remission time of chest tightness, cough and wheezing symptoms of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The frequency of asthma attacks during the day and at night of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The combination of montelukast and budesonide for the treatment of elderly patients with bronchial asthma can shorten the remission time of symptoms, improve lung function, and reduce the frequency of asthma attack, which is conducive to patients＇ disease outcome.
