中医护理方案在眩晕病(原发性高血压)中的应用

Application of TCM Nursing Scheme in Vertigo Disease(Essential Hypertension)

目的探讨中医护理方案在眩晕病(原发性高血压)患者中的应用价值。方法选取我科2013年1月至2016年12月收治的眩晕病(原发性高血压)患者100例,分为两组各50例。对照组患者采用常规中医护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上行辨证护理干预,比较两组患者的干预效果。结果干预前,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者的血压水平均有明显改善,且观察组的血压水平均显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论采用中医辨证护理方案对眩晕病(原发性高血压)患者进行干预可显著改善患者病情,降低患者血压水平,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application value of TCM nursing scheme in patients with vertigo disease （essential hypertension）. Methods 100 cases of patients with vertigo （essential hypertension） admitted to our department from January 2013 to December 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each group. Both groups received routine TCM nursing intervention; in addition, the observation group received dialectical nursing intervention. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before intervention, no significant difference was found between the two groups in the systolic blood pressure or diastolic blood pressure （P〉0.05）; After intervention, both groups had significant improvement in the blood pressure levels, and the blood pressure levels of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions TCM dialectical nursing scheme intervention in patients with vertigo disease （primary hypertension） can significantly improve patients＇ disease condition and reduce patients＇ blood pressure levels, with high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
