早期康复训练在人工髋关节置换术后护理中的应用价值研究

Study on the Application Value of Early Rehabilitation Training in the Postoperative Nursing of Artificial Hip Joint Replacement

目的探讨早期康复训练干预对人工髋关节置换术后患者患肢肿胀程度及疼痛程度的影响。方法入选行人工髋关节置换术治疗的患者220例,对照组110例采用常规护理,观察组110例在对照组基础上采用早期康复训练干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果术后第1天和术后1周,观察组的患肢肿胀程度、疼痛评分均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的术后卧床时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组(P <0.05)。结论给予人工髋关节置换术患者早期康复训练护理的临床效果显著。

Objective To explore the effects of early rehabilitation training intervention on the swelling degree and pain degree of patients after artificial hip joint replacement. Methods 220 cases of patients with artificial hip joint replacement were enrolled. 110 cases of the control group received routine nursing, and 110 cases of the observation group received early rehabilitation training intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results One day and 1 week after surgery, the swelling degree and pain score of the affected limb of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The postoperative bedridden time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of early rehabilitation training in patients with artificial hip joint replacement has significant clinical effect.
