心理护理干预对首发抑郁症患者抑郁情绪及自我接纳的影响研究

Study on the Effects of Psychological Nursing Intervention on the Depression and Self Acceptance in Patients with First-Episode Depression

目的探讨心理护理干预对首发抑郁症患者抑郁情绪及自我接纳的影响。方法 102例首发抑郁症患者分为两组各51例,对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组在对照组的基础上采用心理护理干预,比较两组护理干预前后的HAMD评分、 SAQ评分,以及护理满意度。结果护理干预前,两组的HAMD评分、 SAQ评分无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理干预后,研究组患者的HAMD评分显著低于对照组, SAQ评分显著高于对照组(均P <0.05)。研究组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组患者(P <0.05)。结论在常规护理的基础上加用心理护理干预,可有效减少首发抑郁症患者的抑郁情绪,提高患者的自我接纳能力和满意度。

Objective To explore the effects of psychological nursing intervention on the depression and self acceptance in patients with first-episode depression. Methods 102 cases of patients with first-episode depression were divided into two groups, with 51 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the study group received psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention. The HAMD scores and SAQ scores before and after nursing intervention, and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing intervention, no statistical difference was found between the two groups in the HAMD score or SAQ score （P〉0.05）; After nursing intervention, the HAMD score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the SAQ score was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction degree of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions On the basis of routine nursing, the application of psychological nursing intervention can effectively reduce the depression of patients with first-episode depression, and improve the self acceptance ability and satisfaction degree of patients.
