妊娠糖尿病患者的饮食控制与护理

Diet Control and Nursing for Patients with Gestational Diabetes

目的探讨对妊娠糖尿病患者实施饮食控制及专科护理措施的护理效果。方法选择我院2016年10月至2017年10月收治的60例妊娠糖尿病患者,随机分为两组各30例。对照组患者实施常规护理,研究组患者实施饮食控制及专科护理措施,比较两组的血糖水平、相关评分以及护理满意度。结果 (1)护理后,研究组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。(2)研究组患者的血糖控制水平、良好饮食习惯、运动习惯、服药依从性及糖尿病认知度评分均显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。(3)研究组患者的护理满意度为93.33%,显著高于对照组的66.67%(P <0.05)。结论采取饮食控制及专科护理措施可有效控制妊娠糖尿病患者的血糖水平,保证营养成分的摄入,值得推广。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of diet control and specialist nursing measures on patients with gestational diabetes. Methods 60 cases of patients with gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the study group received diet control and specialist nursing measures. The blood sugar levels, related scores and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results After nursing, the levels of fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The scores of blood sugar control level, good diet habits, exercise habits, medication adherence and diabetes awareness of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction degree of the study group was 93.33%, significantly higher than 66.67% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of diet control and specialist nursing measures can effectively control the blood sugar levels of patients with gestational diabetes, and ensure the intake of nutrients, which is worthy of promotion.
