摘要
目的探讨间歇经口插管管饲技术对吞咽障碍患者的应用价值。方法 92例吞咽障碍患者,随机分为两组各46例。对照组采用留置胃管鼻饲技术,研究组采用间歇经口插管管饲技术,比较两组的吞咽障碍改善情况以及营养指标。结果插管后,研究组的VGF评分均显著高于对照组,血清前白蛋白(PA)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)值均显著高于对照组(P <0.05);两组的健侧上臂中部肌围(AMC)、肱三头肌皮褶厚度(TSF)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论吞咽障碍患者采用间歇经口插管管饲技术进行营养支持,可有效改善机体的营养供应情况,利于缓解吞咽障碍程度。
Objective To explore the application value of intermittent oral intubation for tube feeding technique in patients with dysphagia. Methods 92 cases of patients with dysphagia were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given nasal feeding with indwelling gastric tube, and the study group was given intermittent oral intubation for tube feeding technique. The improvement ofdysphagia, and nutritional indicators were compared between the two groups. Results After intubation, the VGF scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the values of serum prealbumin (PA), serum albumin (ALB) and hemoglobin (Hb) were significantly higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05); No statistical difference was found between the two groups in the healthy upper ann middle muscle circumference (AMC) or triceps skinfold thickness (TSF), P 〉0.05. Conclusions The application of intermittent oral intubation for tube feeding technique in patients with dysphagia can effectively improve the nutritional supply of the body, and help to alleviate the degree of dysphagia.
