韩国标准化战略发展历程与最新进展

Development History and Latest Progress of the South Korean Standardization Strategy

为了应对国际标准化发展趋势和层出不穷的贸易壁垒,韩国于1999年2月颁布了《国家标准基本法》,规定韩国政府应每5年制定一次"国家标准基本计划",以明确国家的标准化工作制度。目前,韩国已发布4次《国家标准基本计划》,为韩国的标准化工作指明了方向,并带来了标准化事业的快速发展。本文旨在梳理韩国《国家标准基本计划》的发展历程,着重介绍韩国最新标准化战略,为我国标准化战略发展提供参考。

In response to the trend of international standardization and trade barriers, South Korea promulgated the Basic Law of the National Standards in February 1999, stipulating that the Korean government should establish a ＂National Standards Basic Plan＂ each five years to clarify the national standardization work system. At present, South Korea has issued four ＂National Standards Basic Plan＂, which has pointed out the direction for the standardization work in Korea and brought about the rapid development of the standardization business. The purpose of this paper is to sort out the development history of South Korea＇s ＂National Standards Basic Plan＂ and focus on the latest standardization strategy of South Korea to provide reference for the development of China＇s standardization strategy.
