浅析基本公共教育服务标准体系构建

A Brief Analysis on the Construction of Basic Public Education Service Standard System

基本公共教育服务标准体系建设已经成为我国推进基本公共教育服务均等化的一项重要工作。本文分析了目前我国基本公共教育服务标准化的现状以及相关标准的研制情况,构建了基本公共教育服务标准体系框架,包括通用基础标准、服务提供标准、建设和保障标准,阐述了该标准体系中各类标准的主要技术内容,以期为基本公共教育服务标准化建设提供技术层面参考,进一步推动我国基本公共服务均等化。

The construction of basic public education service standard system has become an important work for China to promote the equalization of basic public education services. This paper analyzes the current situation of basic public education service standardization and the development of related standards of China, constructs the framework of basic public education service standard system including general basic standard, service provision standard as well as construction and guarantee standard, expounds the main technical content of various standards in this standard system, in order to offer technical reference for basic public education service standardization construction and further promote the equalization of basic public services in China.
